"No More Waste" Starbucks Card Offer

Terms and Conditions

1. Participants qualify for a free $5 Starbucks Card by fulfilling three requirements
   1. belonging to the Consistacom Interest Group for Avaya Tools and Techniques at the time of the webinar
   2. registering for any of the webinar sessions marked with the Starbucks Card logo on the Consistacom web site
   3.  participating in most of the webinar , as measured by GoToWebinar reports delivered to Consistacom
2. The Starbucks card will be sent to the address provided in the post-webinar survey, which is delivered to participants within 48 hours of the webinar end time.
3. Participants must register for both the webinar and the Tools And Techniques Interest Group with the same email address, which must be a valid corporate domain address.  Free or public mail addresses from GMail, Yahoo, ATT, and SBC do not qualify.
4. Only 1 Starbucks card per webinar topic per participant.
5. Starbucks cards will be awarded for designated webinars attended after August 1, 2007
6. Starbucks cards are awarded for participation in a live webinar.  Previously recorded webinars do not qualify.
7. This offer may be withdrawn by Consistacom at any time, without prior notice
8. Offer valid while Starbucks Cards supplies last
9. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of your Starbucks card
10. Consistacom employees, agents, suppliers, and their families may not participate in this award program
11. This offer is void where prohibited by law
